Cleanup of AZ State TRust Land Near Silly Mountain & Gold Canyon

On Saturday, December 7th, 2024, we teamed up with Arizona State Land Department to clean up a section of Arizona State Trust land near Silly Mountain & Gold Canyon.

78 volunteers, including 16 youth volunteers helped us remove 2,840 pounds of trash & 7 tires! That’s 1.42 tons of trash no longer littering this beautiful area.

Thank you to everyone who came out to help us make a positive impact on this area. We would also like to thank Arizona State Land Department for their support of this event, they provided the dumpster & disposal fees. Volunteers piled trash in one location & our Dedicated Restoration Team continually hauled loads of trash to the dedicated dumpster.

Check out all of the event photos, including before & after photos at the bottom of the page.

WE KNOW VOLUNTEERS DON’T ATTEND OUR EVENTS FOR PRIZES, BUT IT’S A NICE WAY TO HELP SHOW THEM HOW MUCH ORGANIZATIONS AND THE COMMUNITY APPRECIATES THEIR HARD WORK.

THE RAFFLE INCLUDED SIX 40OZ TRU FLASK BOTTLES WITH OUR LOGO LASER ETCHED ON THEM.
