04/06/24 Peralta Road Cleanup with Pinal County Open Spaces & Trails

On Saturday, April 6th, we teamed up with our friends at Pinal County Open Spaces & Trails for a cleanup along Peralta Road for Arizona Public Land Day.

71 volunteers, including 11 youth volunteers helped us remove 2,940 pounds (1.47 tons) of trash & invasive stinknet. Volunteers also removed 3 tires!

Thank you to Jasmine Guillen and everyone at Pinal County Open Spaces & Trails for teaming up with us! Thank you to everyone at Pinal County Public Works for providing the dumpster & recycling the tires! We would also like to thank Arizona State Land Department for their support of this event.

Check out all of the event photos, including before & after photos at the bottom of the page.
